Episode 69, May 2026: Who Owns These Thoughts?
Have you ever been enjoying a perfectly good afternoon, maybe just sipping on a coffee, when your mind decides to take a sudden, sharp left turn into total chaos? One minute you’re fine, and the next, you’re dealing with bizarre or even dark thoughts that seem to have appeared out of nowhere.
It’s one of those weird things about being human, isn’t it? We sit there, trapped in our own heads, watching a mental movie we never bought a ticket for. We start to wonder: Where in the world did that come from? And because we have this habit of assuming that our thoughts represent “us,” we immediately start beating ourselves up. We think, If that thought crossed my mind, something must be wrong with me.
It’s an exhausting way to live, always policing the internal skyline, worried about the next storm cloud that might roll in.

Ultimately, fellow traveler, it helps to keep this perspective: Every thought is simply neutral energy that rises into your awareness. It has no power of its own and can do nothing until you pay attention to it. So, take a breather, watch the clouds pass, and be careful where you decide to place your attention and your intention. You are the sky, not the weather, and that makes all the difference.
