Meet Bradford W. Tilden: A Guide to Transformational Sound Healing
Bradford W. Tilden—sound healer, composer, and teacher of Universal White Time Healing—helps people restore balance and awaken their inner potential through the power of sound and frequency. The Wellness Universe (WU): What is your mission?
Bradford W. Tilden (BWT): My mission is to spread joy and healing to the people of Earth.
WU: Please tell us about yourself and what inspires you.
BWT: I’ve decided to share my authentic self with you for this interview. I am what is known as an “Ancient One.” My soul has been involved with the development of consciousness on Mother Earth since before she became ensouled and agreed to participate in the grand experiment. I have a memory of landing on her barren, lifeless surface in a craft with a lightworker friend (who shares this memory) to survey her as a candidate, before mineral consciousness was even introduced to her.
You can say, I’ve been invested in Mother Earth and humanity for quite some time now. I periodically incarnate at peak transitional periods of humanity’s spiritual growth to monitor, assist, and contribute.
For example, I was a Lemurian High Priest-Healer hundreds of thousands of years ago, deeply involved with developing the crystalline technology that produced the Lemurian Seed Crystals, lightworkers all over the world are utilizing to activate the higher organizational levels of their DNA to attain embodied mastery of the coded memories stored within it.
I was an Incan mystic sunworshipper, a Hindu monk/musician for many lifetimes, a prominent Native American chief during the late 1800’s, and now I’m a leading teacher of one of the most advanced extra-terrestrial-based healing modalities in the world, known as Universal White Time Healing.
In this lifetime, I was born with the gifts of music and frequency sensitivity. I was a child piano prodigy and am an accomplished pianist with a master’s degree in music composition.
I had a spiritual awakening in 2006 and was led to sound healing and Universal White Time Healing. Shortly after, I connected with my Higher Self, who is an Arcturian light-being called Al’Ombria. His name means “King of Jewels,” and to the ETs, that refers to frequencies.
I also connected with my archangelic Higher Self, who works closely with Raphael, Michael, Gabriel, and Uriel, all of whom I’ve had personal encounters with. In 2009, my voice opened to become a channel for higher-dimensional angelic and ancestral songs, chants, tones, and frequencies.
It has been a long journey of embracing and accepting the greatness I have to offer. I understand now that I came here to plant seeds and create ripples in the consciousness field of humanity to make a real contribution to our future on the New Earth.
I am inspired by the beauty of nature, the ocean, running waterways, the sunrise, sunset, moon, planets, and stars in the night sky.
WU: Now that we know a bit about you, explain what it is that you do and how it helps people to be happy, healthy, and healed.
BWT: I refer to myself as a “composer in resonance.” I work with natural frequencies intuitively to restore balance in people. I facilitate group sound healing experiences where I invite higher beings to sing through my voice. My powerful sound clears people’s bodies and energy fields of discordant energy and mental/emotional/physical/blockages while awakening and activating them.
I am thrilled to be offering one such sound immersion to give people an opportunity to clear and release whatever doesn’t serve them on the morning of our first day of the SoulTreat retreat.
My unique sound experience features shamanic and angelic vocal sound healing supported by crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, gongs, crystals and gemstones, and Universal White Time Energy. It is more than a sound bath; it is a multi-dimensional healing experience.
In addition to group sound healing facilitation, I compose, perform, and record original piano music and sound healing meditation music. I learned early on that my piano music also has the power to heal and inspire people. People would come up to me after a concert and share their visions, healings, and visitations my music engendered.
I am also one of the first teachers in North America of the new Extra-terrestrial healing modality called Universal White Time Healing. My certification classes are nothing short of transformational for practitioners and plain folk alike.
White Time Healing offers permanent energetic change, universal protections against all forms of negativity, and the opportunity for unlimited spiritual growth and ever-increasing healing powers. People who receive or practice white time are generally happier and have an improved quality of life.
My work with White Time is how I came to remember my past lives in Lemuria, South and North America, and how I unlocked the mastery-level knowledge and wisdom of the healing frequencies of crystal and gemstone frequencies that were stored within the cellular memory of my DNA from my past lives as master healers.

I also sell Lemurian Seed Crystals and show people how to use them to awaken to their own mastery within. Lemurian Seed Crystals activate the dormant DNA where the truth of their cosmic identity resides.

WU: How long have you been doing this work?
BWT: Unironically, I have been using my voice for healing since taking my first breath. I didn’t cry when I was born. I immediately started to hum and attracted my first audience of nurses and doctors who gathered around the humming baby in the maternity ward.
My first paying gig as a pianist was as an accompanist to a professional NYC jazz singer hired for a New Year’s Eve festival in my hometown of Agawam, MA. I was 11 years old.
I began working as a massage therapist in 2004, and held my first group sound healing in 2006.
So yeah, I’ve been on the forefront of cutting-edge natural frequency healing for 20 years now!
WU: Why are you so passionate about what you do?
BWT: Joy. It’s about pure joy. I’ve always been intuitively guided to do what brings me the greatest joy. And I trusted the Universe that if I followed that joy, I would always be provided for. And I am. Every day, I am grateful for the support from the Universe.
I also see how living my truth is positively infectious. Every time I receive a sincere reflection of how my sound, music, words, or teaching has helped another either heal or step into their true power, it confirms and catapults me into greater understanding of the power of my work. And that fulfills me and nourishes my soul.
I see the greatness in others and want them to see it themselves. The greatest way to do that is to be the greatest version of myself, to lead and inspire by example.
WU: Was there a specific life experience that caused you to follow this path?
BWT: My life has been one long intuitively guided journey. But, the most significant life-experience is the day I met the head teacher of Universal White Time Gemstone healing on November 12th, 2006. I wrote about it in The Energy Medicine Solutions: Mind-blowing Results for Living an Extraordinary Life. Saying yes to her invitation to study with her altered the course of my life forever.
WU: Please share a story of how you have made a difference in someone’s life.
BWT: I have two stories that come to mind. The first is how, after sharing an apartment for a few months, a friend of mine gifted me with a beautiful oil painting he had just finished painting. He said just being in my presence inspired him to pick up oil painting again. He still paints today and that painting hangs in my office as a reminder of the positive power of my natural presence.
The other story is hearing how a person who saw me perform with my voice and crystal bowl at a raw food gathering in Cleveland, Ohio, in 2007 was so inspired he got himself a bowl, began singing with it, and now, 20 years later, he lives in Mount Shasta and facilitates spiritual sound healing experiences with his voice and bowls.
WU: What will you be sharing at SoulTreat Retreat 2026?
BWT: As I mentioned above, I am presenting a Sound immersion on the first day of the retreat. I invite you to lie down and enter a deep state of restorative relaxation while your nervous system resets and blockages are released from your physical and energetic body. WU: What’s next on the horizon for you?
BWT: I am producing the album Archangel Meditations Volume 2: Shielding with Archangel Raphael. The CD release party is set for the Lion’s Gate Portal, 8/8/2026. Raphael first connected consciously with me when I was invited to contribute the chapter, Unapologetically 5th Dimensional Living: Clearing Your Channel For Clearer Communication in The Wellness Universe Complete Guide to Self-Care Volume 6: 25 Tools for Transformation. Since then, he and I have facilitated healing experiences, presentations, sound healings, and now a fully recorded album. I’m also planning a retreat to Mount Shasta with a lightworker colleague for the Summer Solstice, 2027. We will be working with Lemurian Seed Crystals, strengthening the crystalline consciousness grid around the planet, connecting with our star ancestry, and working with the living Lemurian beings in the 5th-dimensional Middle Earth civilization called Telos within the mountain.
