Meet Theresa Micheletti: A Compassionate Guide for Life’s Transitions
Theresa Micheletti—Spiritual Life Coach, channel, energy healer, and hypnotist—is devoted to helping people navigate life’s most tender transitions with grace and compassion. WU: Please tell us about yourself and what inspires you.
TM: I am a Spiritual Life Coach, a Channel, and a Psychic Energy Healer. The renowned Sylvia Browne trained me in hypnosis and then sent me across North America, teaching hypnosis and guiding Past Life Regressions, which has deeply enriched my understanding of history and the spiritual realm.
I was inspired to help people through channeling and energy work when I spent 3 years having one-to-one sessions with Angels via an Angel Channel. I learned so much about how to release unneeded emotions and how past lives affect us.
WU: Now that we know a bit about you, explain what it is that you do and how it helps people to be happy, healthy, and healed.
TM: I transform people’s lives so you step into your most JOYFUL life path. As a Spiritual Life Coach, I combine coaching with the intuition of channeling, energy healing, and hypnosis.
WU: How long have you been doing this work?
TM: In 1991, I was certified as a hypnotist, although I started doing hypnosis at age 11 and have always been interested in philosophy and Spiritual information to make people’s lives easier. Although I used hands-on healing for decades, I learned Channeling and Energy Healing about 5 years ago by working with Angels.
WU: Why are you so passionate about what you do?
TM: I see people’s lives transformed sometimes in 30 minutes. An example, an 80+ year old client came to me with chronic foot pain from having frostbite in her 20s. Since chronic pain is unneeded, we did a hypnosis session and quickly stopped her unneeded looping pain signals. What a gift to help people and make their lives easier! The next time I was in Atlanta, my client sent six of her relatives to have sessions with me.
WU: Was there a specific life experience that caused you to follow this path?
TM: At age eleven, my doctor helped me deal with an allergy to Novacaine by teaching me self-hypnosis, which I used and still use at the dentist. Learning hypnosis made me realize that we can personally make our lives easier.
WU: Please share a story of how you have made a difference in someone’s life.
TM: A couple of clients flew from Hawaii to see me in California. My first client was afraid of water, but she lived next to the beach, and she was preparing to go on a three-month family sailboat cruise, so we did a session to reframe her phobia of water. She can now easily go swimming without fear, and she also enjoyed her family cruise.
WU: What will you be sharing at SoulTreat Retreat 2026?
TM: I am excited to provide the Opening Evening Welcome & Intention Setting Meditation. I’ll be on a panel, The Art of Letting Go: Grief, Closure, and Clean Goodbyes. I also hope to participate in the Evening Psychic Reading Panel.
WU: What’s next on the horizon for you?
TM: Three main things: First, I’m teaching at Hypnosis Conferences in Las Vegas at HTLive and in St. Louis at Heartland Hypnosis Conference
Second, I am hosting a Summer Spiritual Retreat June 26-28 at Asilomar by the ocean.
Third, I am preparing to teach two Fall classes: a Beginner Channeling Class and a class on Angel Techniques for Hypnosis and Meditation.
