Welcome to my yearlong series on Joy Intelligence!
While that’s a relatively new phrase, I reconnected with the power of JOY back in September 2023 when I was introduced to Sheryl Lynn, the founder of JOYELY® and creator of the Chair of JOY® Experience. In a nutshell, she blew me away!
I’ve been a raving fan ever since, became a Certified JOYELY® Ambassador, and featured it in the first installment of my 2024 yearlong series at the Wellness Universe, presenting Spiritual Practices for Mind, Body, Spirit Wholeness each month. Definitely review that video for a more detailed story of my JOY-full evolution.
So, in this year’s monthly series, I’ll be deepening my understanding (and hopefully yours, too!) of JOY as a core life skill, highlighting different aspects of Joy Intelligence. I’ll give a little explanation here, and then you can watch a short video (less than 10 minutes) to get the full message. I’ll also guide you through your own Chair of JOY® Experience most months so you can learn that powerful tool for yourself.
And finally, I’ll invite you to really engage with the JOY theme and learnings of the month in a way that will build your own JQ muscle.
