We have all been there—the strange, stifling sensation of knowing exactly what we are supposed to be doing but feeling an invisible wall standing directly in our path. You have a project to finish, a conversation to initiate, or perhaps just a simple intention to be more present, yet you find yourself stuck in a loop of hesitation, procrastination, or heavy-headedness.
It is one of those universal human experiences, isn’t it? We sit there, feeling the internal friction of an engine that is revving while the parking brake is firmly engaged. We assume we are just “unmotivated” or “stuck,” but the truth is usually much simpler: we are bracing against the natural movement of life.

Remember, good friend: Enlightenment and Life Mastery go hand in hand, and both require the unhindered movement of energy. Hindrance only occurs because of resistance, which is a form of fear. Eliminate fear, allow energy to flow, and let your light shine.
