Emotional Mastery: A Lifetime of Healing & Conscious Awakening

Finding my mission was harsh—I was unceremoniously dumped from my marriage of 8 years, along with my toddler. That’s how I found out I was full of anger!

I had no support, so my little child started living in an environment filled with anger and outbursts. I refused to stay there, went questing for answers about what emotions like anger are, why we have them and what can be done about them. I discovered an entire system anger follows and began working with it, with myself and with my psychotherapy clients.

That’s how I got to where I am today, focused on raising the consciousness of humanity, with as far a reach as possible. Through speaking, writing, media appearances, individual work, teaching and running groups, my mission is to awaken the world to their Energy Being selves by working with the energy of emotions and by stepping out of the energy of Manipulation/Co-Dependence.

I’m a “Recovered Angry Person,” multiple best-selling author, author of “Emotions in Motion: Mastering Life’s Built-in Navigation System,” international professional speaker, former (15 year) podcast creator/host, Master Teacher, developer of systems for “Realigning with Emotions,” “Parenting Consciously,” “Outgrowing Manipulation (At Last!),” “Mastering Our “Giant School” Called Earth,” and specific approaches for getting ourselves in charge of Anger, Fear, Stress/Anxiety, Loneliness, Jealousy, Depression, Guilt, Shame, and more.

I’m now 83 years old. This means I’ve got a lot to do and not as much time as I used to have to share the information needed for human consciousness upgrading.

I’m actively looking for others who would like to help me spread the word that emotions are created as “helpers” for use in resolving personal experiences and problems. That the systems are “simple” (I’ve been advised not to say this out loud….the changes are not “easy,” but they are “simple.”). Too many ways people work with experiences, emotions, and situations are not effective in completing learning so people can release “challenges,” “stress,” “fears,” and “problems,”   enabling them to smoothly move on to happier living!

People are working way too hard, resisting real change, working with the same reactions again and again, not knowing we can “finish” with issues, eliminating pains we carry and calming ourselves so we can identify and live in our joy. And once they know the systems I’ve discovered, these changes are accelerated! No more “I’m making myself feel better.” Instead, “I finished with that issue, feel calm and centered, and am living a more flowing and happier life.”

I’m coming to Soul Treat as part of my mission. Attendees are already focused on many of the issues I’ve studied and worked with for half a century. It’s time we “cross-fertilize” our learning and take steps to make big changes,

At Soul Treat, I’m offering two things:

2. A session on Outgrowing Manipulation/Co-Dependence. We’ll talk about when manipulation begins in life, why it exists, what steps we’ve not known to take in order to help children outgrow it during childhood, how to recognize when you’re being manipulated, how to block it, and also the “First Law of Manipulation,” which points us to what we need to do in order to move away from manipulation altogether, eradicating it from our personal experience.
3. A Vendor Table offering 20-minute sessions so you can experience this approach, working with issues/questions from your personal life. Last Soul Treat (this is my 4^th as a presenter) we demonstrated how powerful short sessions can be with people open to learning—like those who attend Soul Treat! Come to my table and sample the power of personal change using the approach I’ve been privileged to discover.

I’m also a contributing author to 5 of the volumes of “The Wellness Universe Guide to Complete Self-Care,” so I’ll set aside time to autograph those books.

I’m very excited for this year’s Soul Treat. We have finally reached the time when massive positive change is taking place. I know the people coming to this event are in the forefront of this change. I’m looking forward to sharing ideas and approaches, developing new awareness, and appreciating and supporting one another as we participate in this massive upgrade in human consciousness.
