Hello and happy July! Here in the Northern Hemisphere, we welcome the warm summer days with a sense of freedom and exploration.
July is an excellent month to try something new, as the days are longer and perhaps a little freer. It’s a great time to go outdoors and explore nature’s gifts.
Nature is a healing sanctuary and may be what you need to get your spark back if you’ve felt overwhelmed, exhausted, or anxious.
Know and trust that you are not alone and that the Angels have your back.
Affirmations, the powerful tool at your disposal, can positively impact your life and call forth the life you desire.
What is an affirmation?
It is a short, powerful statement used to raise our vibration intentionally. It’s proclaiming your truth, the way you choose it to be, with a dose of faith and manifestation magic.
We have an estimated 50,000 thoughts daily, most of which are not pretty. Often, we are critical of ourselves. We would never dream of talking to another the way we “speak” to ourselves in our inner dialogue.
An affirmation only needs to feel about fifty percent true for it to resonate with you. Affirmations that begin with the words “I am” are incredibly powerful. Whatever follows the “I am” becomes your truth.
Be kind to yourself and be vigilant with the thoughts you think and say about yourself. You want to select empowering statements that improve the energy vibration of your life. For example, if you say, “I am tired. I am sick. I am broke. I am not worthy. I am stuck,” you call more of that low energy toward you.
You can shift those negative thoughts with affirmations.
This month, we’ll focus on freedom, goodness, and grace, one affirmation for each day in July.

- Today, I give myself permission to lead a joy-filled life.
- Today, I celebrate the many freedoms in my life.

- I look for something that delights my heart during my busy day.
- I enjoy some stillness to bask in the quiet of my true nature.
- Today, I remember to treat myself and others kindly.
- I add a little fun to my day.
- Today is an excellent day to relinquish control and feel a sense of relief.
- Today, I enjoy some adventure.
- Today, I savor the goodness in my life.
- Today, I allow myself to receive with a heart full of love and gratitude.
- Today, I allow myself to shine.
- I am loving, lovable, and loved.
- Today, I share my gifts easily.
- Today is a good day for some fun.
- Today, I remember to breathe.
- Today is a good day for self-care.
- Today, I often focus on the present moment.
- There is no need to struggle. All is unfolding in divine timing.
- I quiet my mind, open my heart, and listen.
- I remember abundance takes many forms as I count my blessings.

- There are countless ways to express my creativity.
- Today, I make time to do something that lights me up.
- I remember I am never alone. My angels and guides are always nearby.

- I end the month with a heart full of love and gratitude.
